Warranty

Our pieces are made with precision, care, and the highest quality materials, however we understand that accidents can happen. If for some reason your Elle Perahia piece arrives damaged or becomes damaged within 30 days of purchase, please reach out to us via email (hello@elleperahia.com) and we will ship, repair, and return your jewels free of charge. 

If your piece becomes damaged beyond the initial 30-day period, we are happy to ship, repair, and return your jewelry at cost. We will never charge additional fees for repairs.
