Shipping & Returns
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Each order is made just for you, so please allow up to 4 weeks from the time you place your order for your Elle Perahia jewelry to arrive!
You have 3 days from the date you receive your order to decide if you would like to keep your purchase. This excludes rings, as they have been sized specifically for you. Items returned after the 3 days may be eligible for store credit only.
Please note we can only accept returns if they are unworn and in perfect condition with the jewelry pouch and box in tact. We reserve the right to deny your return if it shows signs of wear or damage. Once your return has passed our quality checks, your purchase will be refunded to the original card used to purchase the order, excluding the cost of shipping and restocking.
Return Instructions:
- Email us at hello@elleperahia.com to request your pre-paid shipping label.
- Be sure your jewelry is in its original packaging inside a shipping box along with your invoice.
- Attach your pre-paid shipping label to the box.
- Drop your package off at your preferred FedEx location.
- We'll receive your return within 2 business days. Your refund should be processed in the subsequent 7 business days.
