What is the turnaround time on my order?

Each order is made just for you, so please allow up to 3 weeks from the time you place your order for production and delivery. At checkout, you may choose your shipping method. Both FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Overnight do not account for the necessary production time. 

Where do you ship? 

Currently we only ship within the United States. 

What is your return policy? 

You have 7 business days from the date you receive your order to decide if you would like to keep your purchase. This excludes rings, as they have been sized specifically for you. Items returned after the 7 business days are accepted for store credit only. 

Please note we can only accept returns if they are unworn and in perfect condition with the jewelry pouch and box in tact. We reserve the right to deny your return if it shows signs of wear or damage. Once your return has passed our quality checks, your purchase will be refunded to the original card used to purchase the order, excluding the cost of shipping. 

How do I return an item? 

1. Email us at hello@elleperahia.com to request your pre-paid shipping label.
2. Be sure your jewelry is in its original packaging inside a shipping box along with your invoice.
3. Attach your pre-paid shipping label to the box. 
4. Drop your package off at your preferred FedEx location. 
5. We'll receive your return within 2 business days. Your refund should be processed in the subsequent 7 business days. 

How can I contact someone at Elle Perahia?

I just placed an order, can I modify it? 

Contact us ASAP to let us know what you would like modified. In some cases we may be able to accommodate you, however in other cases we may not. 

I don't see my ring size listed, what should I do? 

Contact us and we will see if we are able to custom make your ring size. We will always do our best! 

How can I clean my jewelry? 

The same way you would your natural diamonds! We recommend a mixing a dash of mild dish soap with warm water and using a soft bristled toothbrush to gently massage your pieces. 

What materials do you use? 

14 karat solid gold and lab diamonds. Never plated gold, only solid. 

Why do you use lab grown diamonds? 

As their name suggests, lab diamonds are manmade. This means soil, ecosystems, and communities are not displaced for diamond mining. Pretty easy to support if you ask us! Furthermore, the cost of lab diamonds are much lower than that of natural diamonds, which means we can incorporate larger diamonds with higher quality at a more affordable price point. Basically, everybody wins!
